Apple has released IOS 5.0 Beta 2 for developers that comes with wireless synchronization and some improvement features.
In IOS 5.0 beta 2, sync to your Mac not only can be done via cable, but also wireless. To be able to perform this wireless synchronization, you’ll need iTunes 10.5 Beta 2 and OS X 10.6.8 or Lion. You will see an option to enable wireless synchronization when you connect to your iTunes IOS device with a USB cable. It is recommended that you perform initial sync using the cable first.
Wireless syncing will automatically activated when the device is connected to the same network when the computer is already paired. You can also anually activate the sync of iTunes by going to Settings -> General -> iTunes Sync (same network as the computer paired necessary). Make sure your device is connected to a power source when performing the wireless sync.
Developers can download the IOS 5.0 beta 2 from the Developer Center. In addition, there is also an updated version of Xcode 4.2 and iTunes 5.
